When I’m Sad

After Long time my post which i liked from world wide web.

When I’m sad, I dont want someone to tell me how “it gets better” or how i need to “move on”

I need someone to tell me that it’s okay to be sad and that my feelings are validated.

I don’t need someone to tell me about how much happier I could be. I need someone to hold me and tell me that i’ve been strong and that it’s okay to sometimes not to be okay.

A Small Story – Thought apt for current trends…..

A donkey was tied to a tree. A demon came and untied it.

The donkey ran into the fields and was destroying the crop. The farmer’s wife saw this and shot the donkey dead.

The donkey’s owner was upset so he shot the farmer’s wife. The farmer came back to see his wife dead, he went and shot the donkey’s owner.

The wife of the owner of the donkey asked her sons to go and burn the house of the farmer. The boys went late evening and carried out their mother’s orders happily, assuming that the farmer too would have been burnt with the house.

Sadly for them it wasn’t that, so the farmer came back and shot the wife & the two sons of the owner of the donkey.

Remorseful, the farmer asked the demon why did all this have to happen?

The demon said, “I did nothing, I only released the donkey, but, all of you reacted, overacted and released the inner devil.” Did you get it?

The devil doesn’t do anything but wake you up by triggering the ego in you that turns into evil intent and goes harming others.

So the next time before replying, responding, reporting, rebuking or avenging a revenge, stop and think.

Be careful. Many a time what the devil does is that it just “releases the donkey” in us…

Localwire

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.rpoli.localwire&hl=en

In this globally connected world, as and when we are believing that the world is getting closer.

paradoxically we are getting disconnected with what is happening just around us. We are missing from local events, great local shopping offers, local deals etc. The best might be happening just around the corner of our lane but we end up not knowing it and making the best use of it.

We have launched a mobile app with name ‘Localwire’ which is intending to address this issue. People can post information about their LOCAL area in not more than 360 characters. And it gets shared with all the members who have set their current (preset) location and falls under 100 miles of distance.

People/ vendors/professionals can use this medium to reach out to their friends/ customers/selling points. All the posts are listed with distance and directions against each post.

Anyone can post about:

• Local area events            • Local area issues         • Famous personalities being present in a LOCALity

And can promote:  • Shopping deals      • Shopping offers            • New shopping malls/counters

Vendors/professionals can easily reach out to their LOCAL selling points and improve their sales and create BRAND. They can create their shops/malls eminence easily. This app helps to reach the right target people who actually generate sales/income. Marketing/advertising to a whole mass of a city might not prove to be fruitful as the sales are mostly made by LOCALities. People can get connected with LOCAL friends and can be aware of what’s happening in and around their LOCALity. They can post their grievances and can use as a platform to showcase it to authorities. This can be very useful in networking with like-minded people in your LOCAL

This is one of best mobile apps that is available in the market with a clear purpose in mind. This is for ‘Getting LOCALly wired in this GLOBAL world’.

The benefits that this app would provide are impeccable and can be assured to be a big success in near future.

An Inspiring Story

Source: Copied from Linkedin.

An elephant and a dog became pregnant at the same time. Three months down the line the dog gave birth to six puppies. Six months later the dog was pregnant again, and nine months on it gave birth to another dozen puppies. The pattern continued. On the eighteenth month, the dog approached the elephant questioning, “Are you sure that you are pregnant? We became pregnant on the same date, I have given birth three times to a dozen puppies and they are now grown to become big dogs, yet you are still pregnant. Whats going on?”. The elephant replied, “There is something I want you to understand. What I am carrying is not a puppy but an elephant. I only give birth to one in two years. When my baby hits the ground, the earth feels it. When my baby crosses the road, human beings stop and watch in admiration, what I carry draws attention. So what I’m carrying is mighty and great.”. Don’t lose faith when you see others receive answers to their prayers. Don’t be envious of others testimony. If you haven’t received your own blessings, don’t despair. Say to yourself “My time is coming, and when it hits the surface of the earth, people shall yield in admiration.”

The Carpenter

Author : Un known ;   Source : Gift of inspiration. Worth reading.

An elderly carpenter was ready to retire. He told his employer/contractor of his plans to leave the house building business and live a more leisurely life with his wife enjoying his extended family. He would miss the paycheck, but he needed to retire. They could get by.

The contractor was sorry to see his good worker go and asked if he could build just one more house as a personal favor. The carpenter said yes, but in time it was easy to see that his heart was not in his work. He resorted to shoddy workmanship and used inferior materials. It was an unfortunate way to end his career.

When the carpenter finished his work and the builder came to inspect the house, the contractor handed the front-door key to the carpenter. “This is your house,” he said, “my gift to you.”

What a shock! What a shame! If he had only known he was building his own house, he would have done it all so differently. Now he had to live in the home he had built none too well.

So it is with us. We build our lives in a distracted way, reacting rather than acting, willing to put up less than the best. At important points we do not give the job our best effort. Then with a shock we look at the situation we have created and find that we are now living in the house we have built. If we had realized, we would have done it differently.

Think of yourself as the carpenter. Think about your house. Each day you hammer a nail, place a board, or erect a wall. Build wisely. It is the only life you will ever build. Even if you live it for only one day more, that day deserves to be lived graciously and with dignity. The plaque on the wall says, “Life is a do-it-yourself project.”

Who could say it more clearly? Your life today is the result of your attitudes and choices in the past. Your life tomorrow will be the result of your attitudes and the choices you make today.

A Corporate Story……… Great Insights

NOTE:  I am just sharing… I am not the Author.

Every day, a small 🐜 Ant arrives at work very early and starts work immediately.

🐜 She produces a lot and she was happy.

The Chief, 🐯 a Tiger, was surprised to see that 🐜 the Ant was working without supervision.

🐯 He thought if the 🐜 Ant can produce so much without supervision, wouldn’t she produce even more if she had a supervisor!

So 🐯 he recruited a 🐝 Bee who had extensive experience as 👷 supervisor and who was famous for 📝 writing excellent reports.

The 🐝 Bee’s first decision was to set up a 🔔 clocking in attendance system.

🐝 He also needed a secretary to help him write and type his reports and he recruited a 🐇Rabbit , who managed the archives and monitored ☎ all phone calls.

🐯 The Tiger was delighted with the 🐝 Bee’s reports and asked him to produce 📊 graphs to describe production rates and to analyze 📉 trends, so that he could use them for 📁 presentations at Board‘s meetings.

So the 🐝 Bee had to buy a 💻 new computer and a Laser printer and recruited a 🐈 Cat to manage the 🌐 IT department.

The🐜 Ant, who had once been so productive and relaxed, hated this new plethora of paperwork and meetings which used up most of her time…!

🐯 The Tiger came to the conclusion that it was high time to nominate a person in charge of the department where the 🐜 Ant worked.

The position was given to the 🐒 Monkey, whose first decision was to buy an Air Conditioner and an ergonomic 💺 chair for his office.

The new person in charge, 🐒 the Monkey, also needed a 💻 computer and a personal assistant , who he brought from his previous department, to help him prepare a 📑 Work and 📃 ‘Budget Control Strategic Optimisation Plan’ …

The Department where the 🐜 Ant works is now a sad place, where nobody laughs anymore and everybody has become upset…

It was at that time that the 🐝 Bee convinced the boss, 🐯 the Tiger; of the absolute necessity to start a climatic study of the environment .

Having reviewed the charges for running the 🐜 Ant’s department , the 🐯 Tiger found out that the Production was much less than before.

So he recruited the 🐤 Owl, a prestigious and renowned consultant to carry out an audit and suggest solutions.

🐤 The Owl spent three months in the department and came up with an enormous report, in several volumes, that concluded…

“ The Department is overstaffed …”

Guess who the 🐯 Tiger fires first?

Of course, 🐜 the Ant………,

“….because she showed lack of motivation and had a negative attitude. ”

“The Characters in this fable are fictitious; any resemblance to real people or facts within the Corporation is pure coincidence only…” I am just sharing… I am not the Author.

Another Inspiring Story

One day not too long ago the employees of a large company in St. Louis , Missouri returned from their lunch break and were greeted with a sign on the front door.
The sign said: “Yesterday the person who has been hindering your growth in this company passed away. We invite you to join the funeral in the room that has been prepared in the gym.”
At first everyone was sad to hear that one of their colleagues had died, but after a while they started getting curious about who this person might be. The excitement grew as the employees arrived at the gym to pay their last respects.
Everyone wondered: “Who is this person who was hindering my progress? Well, at least he’s no longer here!”
One by one the employees got closer to the coffin and when they looked inside it they suddenly became speechless. They stood over the coffin, shocked and in silence, as if someone had touched the deepest part of their soul.
There was a mirror inside the coffin: everyone who looked inside it could see himself. There was also a sign next to the mirror that said:
“There is only one person who is capable to set limits to your growth: it is YOU.”
YOU are the only person who can revolutionize your life.
YOU are the only person who can influence your happiness, your realization and your success.
YOU are the only person who can help yourself.
Your life does not change when your boss changes, when your friends change, when your parents change, when your company changes.
Your life changes when YOU change, when you go beyond your limiting beliefs, when you realize that YOU ARE the only one responsible for your life.

A Tomoto Story – Read in Awesomequotes4u.com -Inspiring.

A jobless man applied for the position of ‘office boy’ at a very big company.
The employer interviewed him, then a test: clean the floor.
“You are hired.” – the employer said. ”Give me your email address, and I’ll send you the application to fill, as well as when you will start.”
The man replied, “I don’t have a computer, neither an email.”
“I’m sorry,” said the employer, “if you don’t have an email , you cannot have the job.”
The man left with no hope. He didn’t know what to do, with only $10 USD in his pocket.
He then decided to go to the supermarket, bought a 10 kg tomato crate, then sold the tomatoes door to door. In less than two hours, he succeeded and doubled his capital. He repeated the operation 3 times and returned home with $60 USD. The man realized that he could survive by this way, and started to go everyday earlier, and returned late. Thus, his money doubled or tripled everyday. Shortly later, he bought a cart, then a truck, and then he had his own fleet of delivery vehicles.

Five years later, the man’s company was one of the biggest food retailers. He started to plan his family’s future, and decided to have a life insurance. He called an insurance broker and chose a protection plan. When the conversation was concluded, the broker asked him his email. The man replied: “I don’t have an email.”
The broker replied curiously, “You don’t have an email, and yet have succeeded to build an empire. Do you imagine what position you could have if you had an email?”
The man paused for a while, and replied: “An office boy!”
Don’t be discouraged if something is not in your favor today. Better opportunities are always waiting ahead.

Every day should fight for existence

After my dad passes away a year ago. I was suffering with Anxiety and Panic Depression for months. With doctor’s advice and family support I overcome the depression now because everything in life worth having is worth fighting for…

Easy goals don’t exist. For every Goal to be achieved we need effort, struggle and sacrifice. When you look back you will not remember the days which are easy. You will cherish the moments when you rose above your difficulties and achieved the goals with magnitude.

I heard from people that transformation is remarkably rewarding only when the process of change is based on honesty and truth. Sad thing is Honesty and truth does not exist in this world. Agree that it exists in every soul which is in deep dark and never comes into light. Only parameters these days are in to lime light are envy and jealousy. of course Very costly diseases in the current world and when you give some space into your life the price you pay is bad mood, unproductive mind, inferiority complex, chronic headaches

. My wife keeps saying to me always rather than devastating yourself with contemplations of things you don’t have or don’t want to happen, think for a second about what you do have, what you do want going forward, and what you can do right now to make progress with the realities you face. when we are in such state, change for the sake of change won’t necessarily bring you forward.  When you use your time and energy to make a change, be sure it’s a change that will not only move you away from where you are, but will also move you to a better place.

“Every test in our life

makes us bitter or better

every problem comes to break us or make us.

The Choice is ours whether we become VICTIM or VICTOR.”

To My father . . .

I remember how we spent the time together, sharing our happiness, sorrows and tears..
You were the best father in this world..
How you advised us, how you taught us the correct way to live, will never be forgotten..
Sometimes you were a friend and sometimes like a brother,
I learnt all the best things in life from you ..
I can’t explain in words what I felt at the moment on that the “day”
I went to my room and closed the door and I was crying the whole day
But you had the strength for facing the life though you knew that you’d be leaving all these things in no time.
The “day” that we never wanted to come suddenly came for us unexpectedly,
You were on a bed closing you’re your eyes and breathing hardly..
I was asking everyone “is my father alive?”
But nobody gave the answer.
And I realized that God has sent the person to take your soul..
Tears didn’t come out from my eyes, as I knew that this moment would come one day..
but my entire heart was burning infinitely.
I touched your hand and kissed your forehead and you were leaving all of us..
Did you feel that I was next to you when you were going to heaven my father?
After you left, I felt that I don’t have any other person to lose more than you in this world anymore..
I know that I’ll be missing you forever in my lifetime, coz you were the most important person to me and there’s no one else to fill your place in my heart..
i found below lines from world web which is true
My father is a man like no other. he gave me life, nurtured me, taught me, dressed me,fought for me, held me, shouted at me, kissed me, but most importantly loved me unconditionally
There are not enough words i can say to describe just how important my father was to  me, and what a powerful influence he continues to be
i love you dad
I love you forever my father .
